NOVEMBER MONTHLY CHALLENGE: PUSH-UP PARTY! 

Starts Monday, November 3rd!

 

We’re turning up the intensity this month with a simple but spicy goal:

50 push-ups each weekday throughout November = 1,000 total reps! 

 

You can break them up however you like — morning, pre-WOD, or before bed.

Form matters: chest to floor, full lockout. Need to modify? Knee or incline push-ups still count! 💥

 

🏆 CHALLENGE DETAILS

✅ Log your daily reps under the Monthly Challenge “class” on the Wodify schedule.

✅ Everyone who participates will be entered into a drawing — one male and one female winner will be chosen! 🎁

✅ Complete all 1,000 reps to earn a prize + ultimate bragging rights.

Good Rep of a Push-Up: The chest touches the ground, and the arms lock out with each rep.
If needed, you can modify to Knee Push Ups or Incline Push Ups. Both are great options and still count towards the challenge!
