Start the year strong with our 6-week Back to the Basics Challenge, focused on consistency, habits, and sustainable training.
Dates: January 19 – February 27, 2026

Format: Individual Challenge
What’s included:
• Body composition analysis
• Antioxidant level testing
• Weekly coach check-ins
• Private group WhatsApp support
• Personalized habit guidance after a one-on-one meeting with Rodrigo or PJ
Requirements:
• Attend CrossFit at least 3x per week
• Attend 1 HYBRID class per week
• Bring a friend to train with you at least 2 times during the 6 weeks
This challenge is designed to help you reset, refocus, and build habits that last — inside and outside the gym.
